Before moving ahead with the user review, let us see some of the features of Samsung J7:
• RAM: 1.5 GB
• ROM: 16 GB
• Expandable upto 128 GB
• 5.5 inch HD display
• Rear camera: 13 MP
• Front camera: 5 MP
• Battery: 3000 mAh
• Processor: Exynos 7580 Octacore 1.5 GHz
• Dual sim (not Hybrid)
• Not OTG compatible

Now let us look at the pros of Samsung J7:
Firstly, the battery is 3000 mAh. The phone battery can easily last for two days according to its users. Some even claiming that with heavy use also the phone can last for a day.
Secondly, the camera is ok for its price. It comes with 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera. The pictures captured by the cameras are decent and worthy.
Thirdly, the processor is Exynos 7580 which is an octacore processor with 1.5 GHz speed. It gives a decent speed for the various processes.
Fourthly, even after long term use, the phone doesn't have hanging problem. Also the problematic automatic pressing of the screen or ghost touch doesn't occur.

Now let us look at the cons of Samsung J7:
Firstly, the loud speaker is not that loud. The sound from the phone is very feeble. So if there is too much background noise you cannot rely on the speaker and have to use headphones instead.
Secondly, the battery needs replacement after about three years of use. But three years of battery life is good so its still worth it.
Thirdly, the phone hardware is quite out dated when compared with present time, which will eventually happen to every new phone that comes in the market.
Fourthly, the phone is not OTG compatible which would make sharing large files quite difficult.

So we can say that Samsung J7 is worthwhile phone for its price and generation. But at present time the phone is quite out dated.
